Professionalizing training activities

The student will be introduced to laboratory practice and methods and will be introduced to basic project technical management. By doing so she/he will be exposed to the interaction and cooperation with the other laboratory members in order to ensure the day-to-day laboratory routine.
The student will be instructed about how to apply the knowledge of the principal and most updated techniques used in biotechnology research practice to answer specific biological questions within her/his own research project and in the broader context of the research focus of the group/laboratory.

Overall, after the internship, not only the student will have all the knowledges and skills necessary to plan and perform, autonomously, complex laboratory experiments, but also she/he will be able to fruitfully interact and cooperate with peers and senior colleagues.
