Laboratory "personalized health care"

During this lab the students will learn the how to perform the analysis of high dimensional data such as those arising from high-throughput experiments. Survival analysis will be introduced as a common endpoint in clinical studies.

At the end of the laboratory the students will have a general understanding of the problems connected with the analysis of high-throughput experiments and personalized medicine.
