Learning objectives
The course provides students with basic knowledge on transformation and change management processes in order to manage adequately the PMO activities for organizational design and HRM solutions, and business innovation actions
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of this course students shall possess knowledge related to change management, project management, new organizational models, innovative HRM practices and processes.
At the end of this course students shall be able to define a stakeholder map for a change management process, deploy the activities for a change management process, define a plan for a change management process, identify the major trend in the transformation of business models

Prerequisites for admission
Foundations of organizational behaviour. Basic knowledge of Management is recommended.
Teaching methods
The course will employ traditional class lecture together with case studies, brainstorming sessions, small group activities, in-class discussions and other participatory teaching methods.

Assessment methods and Criteria
ATTENDING STUDENTS
1. Written exam based on open-ended questions (40%).
The exam is "closed book" and no support material or devices are allowed. Duration: 60 minutes.
2. Group and individual presentations (60%)
The final grade will be the weighted average between group and individual presentations (60%) and the individual final test (40%).
