Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to understand the organization and activities of local government (municipalities and cities), focused to their regulatory acts, and their political and administrative subjects. A specific study is also given about connection with the other territorial levels of government (State and Regions).
Expected learning outcomes
The student will learn the general rules of cities and municipalities, as established by the Italian legal system: he will also be able to understand the relationships between state and regional regulatory norms, currently set by the italian Constitution.
