Learning objectives
This course is finalized to provide a theoretical and practical framework of work-related stress. During the course, theoretical-scientific notes will be provided and company cases will be presented and discussed. Ample space will be given to the discussion and application of methodologies and methods for assessing work-related stress and the planning of interventions. In particular, students will have the opportunity to explore ways of planning work-related stress assessment interventions and to learn about specific assessment tools through practical exercises.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the laboratory, the student will have knowledge relating to the tools and methods of planning work-related stress assessment interventions.

⁃ Risk assessment for work-related stress in the company: the INAIL methodology and its phases.
⁃ The identification of homogeneous groups of workers.
⁃ The use of the checklist and the detection of sentinel events.
⁃ Main evaluation tools: questionnaires, interviews and focus groups in the company.
⁃ Planning, execution and evaluation of corrective and preventive interventions.
