Hygiene of Bovine Production

Learning objectives
The aims of the course are train students on the analysis of critical point in the bovine farms (dairy and beef) with specific focus on data analysis produce from DHIA or collected from the farmer, The final scopus could be the increase in milk quality or improve of viral diseases control. Part of teh course will be organize in different commercial farms with different management, housing, and diffeent bacteria or viral problem. Different practition or expert will be able to integrtae part of teh course with personal experience
Expected learning outcomes
At course completion the student will have an updated perspective of management of dairy and beef farm but also the possibility to use the program or software. Students will also acquire analytical and presenting skills related to the course topics.

Prerequisites for admission
On the base of information provided in the previous years and with the possibility to improve the information on bovine bacteria and virus but also to know basic information about dairy management

The lesson in the class but also the farm simulation with the different case report

Assessment methods and Criteria
During the normal period, we will have the same evaluation with the student with a case report and the final exam will be a ppt with all the data of the farm and suggestions to improve milk quality. The farmers will attend the exam
