Learning objectives
- To acquire the general rules governing employment relationships
- To acquire the main laws governing the health organization and know the organizational and management models
- To acquire the basic concepts of business economic analysis applied to health systems
- To acquire sociological notions of organizational health processes
Expected learning outcomes
- Know the general rules governing the rights and duties of the employee
- Develop capacity of analysis and solutions of professional and relational problems
- Develop a business economic analysis capacity and identify the organizational aspects of the healthcare organization
- Know and understand the influence of social norms and beliefs specific to the patient's culture of origin on the concept of health and illness with particular reference to the methods of communication

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam will be written. It will mainly consist of multiple choice questions with the addition of some open questions, in addition it will be possible, at the discretion of the teacher, to carry out an additional oral test.
