Learning objectives
The course aims to offer an exhaustive knowledge of the legal instruments through which companies can find the tools and resources necessary for business and for placement of the products on the market. The course intends to provide adequate knowledge of the discipline of a selection of the most widespread contracts in economic practice (sale, leasing, leasing, franchising, consumer contracts), through the analysis of legislation and related case-law.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will have a basic theoretical knowledge of the contracts covered by the course, in addition to the tools for an initial approach to solving the practical issues of bargaining on the double side of bargaining: 1) between companies; 2) between businesses and consumers.
