Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with analysis and understanding of the main constitutional and legislative rules, governing the organization and activity of Italian public administrations. Among these regulations, particular attention is focused to the general law on the administrative procedure, and administrative transparency.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will know how to search for legislative sources and he /she will be able to understand and interpret the normative texts. Furthermore, the student will be able to apply these rules to the relationships between citizens and public administrations, and to public organization models, also through reference to practical cases.

The course analyzes the italian administrative law. The topics are: the organization of the public administration, the administrative procedure and the administrative act.
