Holding events at the University of Milan
The University of Milan has magnificent historic headquarters in the centre of the city and numerous other spaces available for educational, cultural, scientific, promotional events, exhibitions, press conferences, gala dinners, photo or film shooting, business conventions and private events or other initiatives consistent with academic activities.
Use of spaces can be granted to internal and external users on weekdays, holidays, and in the evening, for one or more days, including the option of using multiple rooms in different locations, depending on the event. The concession of spaces is governed by the Rules for temporary use of University spaces. An application must be submitted to the Rector using the dedicated form and following the guidelines, at least 60 days before the event.
