In addition to services provided directly by the University, the Career service of the University of Milan offers a digital career counsellor for students and graduates, allowing them to autonomously access a series of career guidance options:

• Video lessons ‒ 145 videos on job-seeking strategies, from career planning to how to select the best job opportunities.
• CV ‒ thanks to the CV Builder tool, users can create different versions of their CV step by step, using one of the many formats available or importing other ready-to-use templates.
• Automated analysis of your CV ‒ the system scores your CV based on its layout, impact and skills, and suggests possible improvements. It also recommends a selection of career paths and job offers in line with the analysed profile.
• Cover letter ‒ a guided procedure to support you in drafting your cover letter.
• Job interview preparation ‒ a training to help you prepare for any question that may come up during a job interview.

The platform also offers a generic database of job and internship opportunities posted on the Internet, to which you can send your application. Please note that here you may also find adverts about short-term or seasonal contracts, job offers not requiring a degree, as well as opportunities for students and graduates in subject areas not covered by our University.
