Withdrawal from a doctoral programme

PhD students who wish to withdraw from a doctoral programme for personal reasons must notify their programme coordinator and deliver the following documents to the relevant offices:

• PhD programme withdrawal form 
• Confirmation from the programme coordinator

Students in receipt of a scholarship are entitled to receive payment of the final monthly instalment, commensurate with the period of activity carried out. If the withdrawing student has already received any monthly scholarship payment relating to a period subsequent to the starting date of the withdrawal, he/she is required to return it.
