How to apply

To take part in the Erasmus+ programme you have apply to the Call for applications and submit a draft of the learning programme you wish to follow abroad.

The Call for applications, published each year in February, defines the admission requirements, as well as application and selection procedures.

The following students may apply to the Erasmus+ programme:

  • those enrolled on a degree programme listed on Annexe A, who have not been off track with exams for more than one year at the time of application;
  • those who have at least A2 level proficiency in the working language of the selected host university. If you do not hold a language certificate recognized by the University, you can obtain a level statement through SLAM. Check the calendar of available sessions during the year. You can sign up and take a test even before the opening of the call for applications.
  • students who meet the entry requirements described in the Call for applications

We invite our students to read the Call for applications and the Guidelines carefully.

The following must be uploaded during the application:

  • a valid identity document

  • CV and previous academic records in a single file

  • proposed Learning Agreement (form 1)

  • documentation regarding language proficiency in a single PDF file 
    (language certificate or SLAM certificate, screenshot of your career with the language level obtained, or self-certification using form 2, in accordance with the requirements of the degree programme at home (Read carefully paragraph 4 of the Call for applications)

  • any other relevant document to support your application (optional).

At the end of the procedure students can download a PDF with a summary of their application.

It is possible to take part in a mobility programme more than once, for study or Traineeship - up to a maximum of 12 months overall for Bachelor's and Master's programmes and 24 months overall for single-cycle degree programmes.

Applications to the Erasmus+ Call 2024/25 opened on 09/02/24 and closed on 29/02/24 (h. 1 pm).

The next Erasmus+ Call for applications 2025/26 will be published around February 2025. All the students will be notified.
