To provide advanced knowledge on the different stable isotope methodologies to investigate sediment, rock, water and air and their applications for environmental, paleoenvironmetal and geological reconstructions. Basic knowledge on data compatibility of stable isotope analytical data, related concepts, progress with major stable isotope reference materials (RMs) and some limitations, and metrology in analytical chemistry.
