Protein Structure Prediction and Design: How to Use Alphafold and Other Ai Methods for Research

The aim of the course is to provide students with a brief theoretical and practical introduction on the use of state-of-the-art protein structure predictions method. Students will understand their reliability and the common ways to improve their use for difficult cases. The course will allow students to either directly work on systems of interest for them and to use the servers we are setting up as department services.
