Lead instructor: Paolo Gandellini
Aim of the course is to provide an overview on the nature, function and mechanisms of action of noncoding RNA, including microRNA and long noncoding RNA, in physiology and disease. The lessons will consist of seminars given by renowned experts in the field. The students will learn the basic notions of the topic and will have the opportunity to interact with the speakers.
Basic knowledge of molecular microbiology and genetics, animal and plant cell biology.
