Learning objectives
The aim of the course is to provide information and tools regarding the cultivation of vegetables in open field. In particular, the present scenario, the forms of horticulture, the best agricultural practice, and the most representative species of the sector will be illustrated.
Expected learning outcomes
After the course, students will be able to manage the cultivation of vegetables in open field in a sustainable way, enhancing the resource use efficiency of crops and without compromising the yield and quality of the final product.
