Learning objectives
The course is designed to provide technical knowledge for the analysis of complex matrices from various sources (such as food, environmental, and synthetic), with the ultimate goal of enabling in-depth study. It will cover the identification and application of the most appropriate analytical techniques for these investigations, using both single-method and multi-technique approaches.
Expected learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course, the student should be able to select the most suitable analytical methods for characterizing both major and minor components of the mixtures under study, as well as identify the most appropriate methodologies for their separation and quantification.
