Learning objectives
Feed Law are directed to the knowledge of the principles and aims of the legislation on feed hygiene, to the regulation of the chain of preparation, trade, distribution of feed, animal by-products and derived products that can be used as feed, of medicated feed, and feed labelling legislation.
Expected learning outcomes
-Knowledge and understanding: the student must demonstrate adequate knowledge and understating of the elements of European and Italian Feed Law.
-Applying knowledge and understanding: the student must be able to give legal opinions, .and be able to apply the law and hygiene and health measures in a feed manufacturing plant and in animal husbandry.
-Making judgements: the student must develop judgment capacities regarding the fundamental aspects of Feed Law.
-Communication: The student will be able to communicate effectively the acquired knowledge, also by using appropriate terminology.
-Lifelong learning skills: the student must develop skills and strategies to update his professional knowledge, in particular in more rapidly changing contexts.
