Elements of Anatomy and Physiology
A.Y. 2025/2026
Learning objectives
Knowing the essential morphological characteristics of cells and subcellular structures, of tissues, organs, and systems of the human body, as well as their main morpho-functional correlates;
Knowing the structural organization of the human body, and its main anatomo-clinical relations, at both macroscopic and microscopic level, as well as the mechanisms through which this organization takes place in the course of embryonic development and differentiation;
Knowing how the various organs of the human body work, theirs dynamic integration, and their functional control mechanisms in physiological conditions.
