Learning objectives
Two main topics are studied in this course.
The first is concerned with governance instruments, investment decisions. This involves to set up a business plan, performance and balance sheet analysis. We adopt both a theoretical approach and an empirical one with case studies. We will develop the ability to use the main database as Orbis-Bireau VanDijk and Thomson Reuter-Eikon,
The second concerns the study of financial instruments and market for corporates, with a focus on start-up and PMI and on innovative finance.
