Learning objectives
Ability to understand the teaching material in order to set a lesson profitably. Ability to design a well-distributed and feasible didactic activity, using different types of lessons. Ability to critically evaluate the different modes of interaction and teaching and therefore to choose the best one according to the different contexts (laboratory, lectures, etc.). Ability to correctly set up one's own teaching activity taking into account the lesson method adopted and the audience to which it is addressed. Ability to learn how to set up your own teaching activity. Ability to learn to solve selection tests of various types.
Expected learning outcomes
In order to successfully pass the exam, the student must be able to demonstrate that he is able to grasp the educational potential in the epistemological statute of the juridical-economic disciplines and elaborate it in concrete teaching processes by deepening the disciplinary contents and demonstrate that he has acquired skills that derive from reflection on teaching strategies, didactic communication models and learning processes that are particularly significant for the juridical-economic disciplines.

This course aims at giving students the skills to develop professional careers in the field of educational.
The course is in two parts. In the first part of the course methods of teaching law will be taught starting from analyzing the main difficulties in didactics of law to young students. The second part of the course will be devoted to examine the methods of teaching economics.

Having passed the exams of Institutions of Private Law, Constitutional Law, Political Economy, Philosophy of Law

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam is oral and consists of a law lesson and an economics lesson on topics indicated by the teachers. Further information will be provided in class and on the Ariel platform
