Stage

The compulsory internship aims to allow the students to carry out operational activities in a business function, management, inspection and control, communication and training, laboratory experiments related to the acquisition of technical skills, validation of methods and procedures, data processing and application of physical, statistical and / or revision models, bibliographic and documentary investigations concerning a specific topic. The activities carried out during the compulsory internship are conducted under the supervision of a supervisor. The internship activities can be conducted in Italy and abroad, both within university laboratories and in private structures or public sector bodies.

At the end of the compulsory training period, students will be able to carry out operational activities independently in specific sectors of the food sector.
