Learning objectives
The aim of the course is give practice ability to calculate and elaborate diets suitable for physiological or pathological status.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course students will be able to prepare diets for healthy people and for pathological patients as therapy, paying attention on dietetic compliance of the patient.

Prerequisites for admission
For this course will be necessary a good knowledge of diet therapy and of bases and specialist medical science
