Learning objectives
The learning objectives of the Medical Sciences course are:
- to know the genetic and biological mechanisms;
- to know the main pathological mechanisms;
- to know the main anatomical and histological alterations;
- to know the principles of pharmacology.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will have to know the genetic and biological mechanisms and their alterations, to know the etiopathogenetic factors underlying the structural and functional alterations involved in human pathology, and to know the principles of pharmacology.
Single course

This course can be attended as a single course.

Course syllabus and organization

Single session

Prerequisites for admission
There are no specific prerequisites different from those required for admission to the degree course
Assessment methods and Criteria
The final exam will take place through a written test with multiple choice questions. The duration of the scheduled test is 1 hour maximum for each module.
The evaluation criteria will be the ability to understand the topics addressed during class lessons.
The final mark will be obtained by the average of the marks acquired in each course module and will be expressed by using 30/30 scale. No intermediate tests are foreseen. The results of the exam will be communicated to the students online by the secretary of the degree course.
