Learning objectives
In this academic course we will explore the legal foundations governing the protection, conservation and management of cultural heritage. The primary goal will be to gain a solid understanding of the basics of both administrative law and the more specific legislation governing cultural heritage.
Expected learning outcomes
Through the study of legislation and the analysis of some jurisprudential decisions, students will learn basic legal terminology, acquiring the ability to express themselves with the technical vocabulary specific to the discipline.
Basic critical competence will also be acquired, enabling them to relate the general institutes of administrative law to the institutes provided by the specific discipline of cultural heritage.
At the end of the course, students will have the ability to apply the acquired knowledge to concrete cases of low difficulty.
