Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam consists of an oral discussion preceded by a written test focused on financial math. The expected results provides an assessment of thirty, considering:
the ability to understand and apply the theory and to select the criteria and valuation procedures in relation to the characteristics of the property and the purposes of the estimate;
the ability to present topics with appropriate language and terminology;
the acquisition of a working method.
