Learning objectives
The laboratory aims to delve deeper into some of the issues relating to the European integration process, with specific attention to the most recent developments and repercussions at the level of national systems
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the teaching students are expected to have acquired an advanced knowledge and understanding of the main issues connected to the pacifist principle and its interpretation and application in the Italian and Japanese legal systems and societies (especially in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine). Students will be able to apply said knowledge and understanding, in an interdisciplinary perspective, to identify and assess complex issues and current criticalities.
