Learning objectives
The course provides knowledge on training of performance factors: coordination, conditioning, techniques, tactics, didactics of teaching football to children aged 6 to 12 and 12 to 18 years. The course provides knowledge in technical, methodological, organizational, and relational skills.
Expected learning outcomes
Students will gain skills in: 1) executing adequately coordinated movement in football; 2) planning and conducting a training session comprising diverse approaches: conventional, phase, game-exercise-game

The programme and reference material will not be changed.

THEORETICAL LESSONS AND TEACHING METHODS

The lessons will take place on Microsoft Teams in synchronous mode, at the set times, and will be recorded and available on the platform itself in asynchronous mode. Information on how to access the lessons on Microsoft Teams and other instructions on teaching will be uploaded on the ARIEL website of the course: it is recommended to consult it regularly. In the event that- taking into account the progression of the epidemic and compliance with the relevant regulations- activities in attendance through theoretical classroom lessons or field practices, and any visits as scheduled at the F.C. INTERNATIONAL youth sector are made possible, students will be promptly informed through ARIEL. In any case, the lessons will be recorded and available online.

THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL CLASSES RELATED TO THE FOLLOWING PROGRAMME:

THE FOOTBALL TEACHER: the mission, objectives, method, alibi, charism

THE METHODOLOGY outside the FIELD: respect, rules, confrontation, motivation, logbook
THE BASIC TECHNIQUE: the principles, the didactics, the deconstruction of the gesture, the technique suitable for modern football

THE INDIVIDUAL TACTIC: principles, methodological advice by role and department, didactics of 1>1 to 4>4

THE COLLECTIVE TACTIC: the principles and developments in the two phases of the game, the collaboration between departments, the system, the module, the transition, the match analysis

THE METHODOLOGY ON THE FIELD: the programme, the objectives, the crew, the interventions on the field, the management of the match and the interval, the pre and post-match

THE TRAINING SEAT and ORGANISATION of a WEEK TYPE: the phases, individual departmental and collective exercises, inactive balls

Teaching methods
Frontal lectures, exercises, demonstrations, role playing, use of video analysis, discussion and comparison on didactics and on technical-tactical analysis.
