Learning objectives

- To Analyze the advanced nursing and midwives practices and results in the fields of clinical care, education and research in order to draw plans and projects aimed at the improvement of nursing and midwifery care quality for people , families and the community

Expected learning outcomes
- The student will reflect with a professional advanced perspective on a detected nursing and midwifery problem in the field of the clinical, educational and research experience, with reference to the qualitative or quantitative or mixed data collection or literature review, in order to identify causes,effects and interventions associated with the problem

Elaboration of the internship idea referring to one of the topics listed in the area of management or teaching or clinical (in-class days and other days with the tutor are scheduled for the identification of the internship idea and elaboration of the internship project and internship- report).
Management Area : Human resources management from recruitment to evaluation
1. Managerial leadership and management styles
2. Improving nursing care outcomes (e.g., falls, injuries, malnutrition...)
3. Organizational models (primary nursing, family nurse...)
4. Management of continuing education
Area of nursing education : Strategies and technologies to support disciplinary didactics
1. Design and implementation of an instructional pathway
2. Design and management of teaching and assessment methodologies
3. Design and management of clinical internship.

Improvement of care outcomes with particular focus on Assessment and Clinical assessment on cohorts of patients with cardiovascular, endocrine, respiratory, central nervous system, oncology, obstetric and gynecological problems, using tools and methods such as objective examination, data collection interviews, anamnesis and rating scales

Interactive lesson In-class brifieng on Pratical Training Guideline Debriefing in-class/with single student to identify the investigation questions congruent with the problems noticed in the single observational experiences Debriefing with a single student to evaluate feasibility, correctness and methodology of his/her investigation project Debriefing with a single student for a feedback on his/her final investigation report.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The Pratical Training Assessment includes a written and an oral test. The written test is the final report of the Data Collection/ literature review based/case-report /case series on the investigation question and methodology outlined in the Data Collection /literature review project/case-report/ case series. The oral test is the outline of the final report. Evaluation of the written test and the oral test must be carried out under the following three Rubrics: (Evaluation rubric on Data Collection; Evaluation rubric on literature review; Evaluation rubric on Case-report/Case series). In order to pass the exam, a minimum score of 22 must be achieved. The matches of the scores with the score system in thirtieth is shown below: (Scores 22-24 (Rating in thirtieth (18/30-20/30); Score 25-28 (Rating in thirtieth 21/30-23/30); Score 29-32 (Rating in thirtieth 24/30-26/30); Scores 33-36 (Rating in thirtieth 27/30-30/30).
