Learning objectives
The aim of the laboratory is to endow students with a practical approach to entrepreneurship providing them with the knowledge about agile methodologies and strategic/operative tools for the exploration and development of an entrepreneurial idea. Moreover, a series of testimonials, coming from the innovative and entrepreneurial ecosystem at Italian and international level, will be included in the course in order to give students also empiric insights.
Expected learning outcomes
Ability to apply the theoretical concepts learned to the operational development of a business model associated with a potential entrepreneurial opportunity.

Assessment methods and Criteria
Students will be evaluated based on a presentation developed in teams, which must demonstrate their understanding of the topics covered and their ability to apply them to a real case. The evaluation will be PASS/FAIL.
