Learning objectives
Developing the knowledge of private law acquired previously, the course introduces students to the legal reality of the company, individual and collective, as an essential tool also of international trade, as well as, in this perspective, to the understanding of the concept of multinational enterprise.As part of the program, a specific focus will be dedicated to joint-stock companies (joint-stock companies), also in relation to the impact that the progressive digitalization of the economic context of reference has had and continues to exert on the discipline of the same and with specific regard to the regulatory evolution induced by the advent of digital platforms, big data, algorithms and DLT.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student must know and understand the fundamental institutions of Commercial Law, with particular reference to traditional business models and their evolution, and be able to express their knowledge with appropriate legal terminology.Thanks to the active participation in the lessons and educational activities proposed, it will also be able to develop a concrete sensitivity to the issues that the need to adapt - from a regulatory and organizational point of view - to new technologies poses with greater frequency and urgency to companies, both in the domestic context and in that of international trade.
