Learning objectives
Two main topics are studied in this course.
The first is concerned with governance instruments, investment decisions. This involves to set up a business plan, performance and balance sheet analysis. We adopt both a theoretical approach and an empirical one with case studies. We will develop the ability to use the main database as Orbis-Bireau VanDijk and Thomson Reuter-Eikon,
The second concerns the study of financial instruments and market for corporates, with a focus on start-up and PMI and on innovative finance.

Prerequisites for admission
There are no further pre-requisites with respect to the provisions of the didactic regulations.
Teaching methods
The teaching in the classroom will be interactive with lessons also in computer labs for the consultation of databases and processing and evaluations in excel.
