Learning objectives
The course, which is aimed at students from all over the University and from any secondary school course, aims to provide a basic knowledge of the contents of the Italian Constitution, with the objective of increasing participants' awareness of the main mechanisms of Italian institutional life, as well as how to exercise the rights and duties affirmed in the Constitution itself.
Expected learning outcomes
Thanks to the study of the topics explained in lectures, course participants will be able to learn about the most important contents of the Italian Constitution and acquire both the ability to critically understand the main current issues concerning the functioning of Italian institutions and the protection of fundamental rights.

Teaching methods

The lectures will take place online on the Microsoft Teams platform and will last two hours.
The course will include lectures that will alternate between theoretical frontal introductory profiles and practical, interactive ones. Students will be required to actively participate in the lectures and will be called upon to discuss topical issues with lecturers and other students.

M. D'Amico, G. Arconzo, S. Leone, Lezioni di diritto costituzionale, Franco Angeli, III ed. 2022. The parts of the book to be studied will be indicated in class.
Assessment methods and Criteria
Students will be assessed in the light of the results of the final test, also taking into account the contributions made by their participation in the lessons
