Module 2
The course will provide a part of the educational scientific basis for setting up systems of selection, storage, conveyance and release of cell populations, autologous and heterologous mammalian appropriate animal organs or body structures, other functional elements for create neoorgani and pseudorgani aimed at scientific research and biotechnology "in vitro", aimed at studying the regulation and modulation of various biological activities. Through these models of organs, it will be possible to arrive at an objective assessment of any potential use "in vivo".
The program will be as follows:
Preparation and Treatment of samples
Determination of the biological activity of sex hormones
Characterization of secreted through laboratory testing

Assessment methods and Criteria
The exam consists of an oral interview aimed to evaluate knowledge and understanding of the lectures' subjects and of the laboratory activities. The test will be evaluated in thirtieths. The score will take into account the accuracy and the capacity to motivate the answers, as well as the capacity to explain the concepts acquired with appropriate and updated terminology.
