Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with analysis and understanding of national health system, and its forms of regional organization, through the application of the main rules, constitutional and legislative sources. Among the main topics, are focused: the essential levels of assistance (LEA), the territorial health public agencies, the services offered by private structures, the controls, the pharmaceutical authorizations.
Expected learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will know the Italian healthcare organization, both in public organization models, and in public-private partnership models. He/she will be able to deal with the many legal norms (state and regional regulation), also thanks to the analysis of practical cases.

The course examines the italian, national and regional, health system: in particular, the administrative organization of health services, and forms of public-private partnership.
Prerequisites for admission
Knowledge of italian public law, and italian administrative law
