Learning objectives
The course aims to provide students with the principles of cost-benefit analysis, in order to understand the financial and economic appraisal and evalutaion of publicly-funded projects.
Expected learning outcomes
Al completamento dell'insegnamento lo studente conoscerà le basi teoriche e la terminologia dell'analisi costi e benefici per la valutazione dei progetti pubblici. In particolare, lo studente sarà in grado di comprendere analisi relative a problemi di di valutazione economica dei progetti pubblici, sia attraverso la lettura e interpretazione di analisi grafiche, tabelle di dati e rapporti di analisi costi e benefici di progetti finanziati. Inoltre, lo studente saprà calcolare i principali indicatori utilizzati nell'analisi costi e benefici.

Assessment methods and Criteria
The examination consists of questions and exercises similar to those seen in class.
In addition to the final written exam, attending students will be work on an individual or group report with presentation in the classroom on topics relating to the course. More details will be available on the Ariel page of the course and will provided at the beginning of the lessons.
