Winter school SIMULATION DAYS IN INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY a.a. 2023/24

This Winter School in interventional radiology is an international training course taught in English, with two objectives: to introduce university students to interventional radiology, and to improve their confidence in performing vascular and extra-vascular interventional radiology procedures. In addition to theoretical classes, the Winter School includes laboratories that allow students to practice procedures on virtual patients outside of the angiography room. This approach is designed to give participants an opportunity to familiarise themselves with interventional radiology and to help them acquire practical skills with regard to interventional radiology procedures, thus shortening the learning curve for anyone interested in this particular field.

The course will take place from 21 February 2024 to 23 February 2024 at the University of Milan and will be taught in English.
