All the most relevant aspects related to the legislation on public contracts will be examined,with reference to the area of risk constituted by public procurement, also taking into account the new available tools to encourage innovation and growth of a circular and sustainable economy. Public procurement will be examined both from the point of view of the public administrations and of public companies, both from the point of view of private companies and private consortia, also with the specific objective of investigating organizational, management and control models suitable for preventing offenses related to the tender procedures or the subsequent execution of the works.
All Master's and single-cycle degree programmes.
To get high level economic and legal skills for the exercise of the functions of the managers of the purchasing office, as well of the RUP, of the managers of public administration legal office and of the companies in public control. Covering the role of anti-corruption and transparency manager in the public sector and in companies under public control. To implement the skills in public procurement and related corporate compliance (ex d.lgs. 231/2001) of the managers of private companies and consortia, as well as the heads of their legal departments or individual professionals or members of the supervisory board.
