The course aims to provide an introduction to the topic of discrimination through a multi-perspective approach, exploring key contexts of differentiated and unequal treatment of individuals, groups, and categories, both in the past and present. It focuses particularly on analyzing the factors and legal mechanisms that contribute to inequality, as well as the legal strategies for addressing and preventing situations of disparity.
