Climate change, the development of new technologies, and the rise of new world powers are just some of the new challenges that the current historical context poses to the paradigms, with which legal phenomena have been analyzed thus far. The course aims to provide the conceptual tools offered by comparative law to understand the current dynamics and to illustrate how contemporary law is responding to these challenges.
