Building upon the theoretical notions acquired in the first year of the doctorate, the course "Multilevel protection: from classical instruments to the new technological frontiers II" aims to investigate some case studies in order to identify critical issues and safeguards in the relationship between technological innovation and social inclusion. In this context, particular attention will be paid to the role of law in the discipline of language and image in the digital age and artificial intelligence.
