Lead instructor: Roberto Cornelli
The aim of the Course is to investigate the conditions and limits of the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms through criminal law, stimulating the critical reflection of doctoral students on the normative and jurisprudential issues that, in recent years, have affected the criminal justice system, from the perspective of the obligations of criminalization. The aim is to develop the methodological skills that are indispensable for contemporary scholars to deal with increasingly stratified and complex legal systems, while at the same time developing the ability to adequately elaborate and argue their own theses.
