Corpora Linguistics: Approaches, Tools and Applications.

The course aims to present the field of corpora linguistics, exploring methods and approaches that can be adapted to different disciplines in the field of linguistic, literary and culturological studies, as well as in education. In addition to theoretical training, the various working sessions will address topics and methodologies related to the discipline with an illustration of some analysis software and their functionalities. Emphasis will be placed on various genres and media, including those of a digital nature. The theoretical notions will be supported by practical activities that will make it possible to use the corpora and tools presented for intra- and inter-linguistic analysis on various levels and for different purposes (contrastive analysis, translation, discourse analysis, didactics, etc.).
