The aim of the course is to analyze the impact of Artificial Intelligence in different branches of the law. In particular, the impact in the areas of legal informatics, public law, labor law and private law will be analyzed. The course, which will be delivered remotely, includes five meetings of three hours each in which the relevant aspects of Artificial Intelligence in the areas of law listed above will be addressed by one or more lecturers and discussants, who will interact with Ph.D. candidates on the topics of the seminar. The lectures will be partly in Italian and partly in English.
