This course examines recent advancements in the synthesis and application of natural products. The first section introduces modern strategies for synthesizing key classes of natural products. The second section delves into carbohydrate chemistry, a category of natural products commonly utilized in the design of complex molecules for therapeutic and industrial applications. The final section explores the integration of natural products in antibody-drug conjugates and PROTACs, offering a deeper understanding of their practical applications. The course will be taught by experts in (bio)organic chemistry.
