The course "Multilevel protection: from classical tools to new technological frontiers_I" addresses the relationship between technological innovation and social inclusion, in the global context. Lectures aim to highlight critical issues and protections in relation to some current challenges, such as combating discrimination and hate speech in the digital world, the prejudicial consequences of Artificial Intelligence on rights and equality (e.g., algorithmic discrimination), processes of digitization of public administration and their consequences on rights.
