The course will provide an introductory and hands-on approach, to the main bioinformatic tools for genome data analysis including the use of the INDACO high-performance computing (HPC) cluster.
Students are expected to be familiar with basic genomic, and molecular biology concepts. Some experience with the Linux operating system is a plus, but it is not a must as the basic concepts will be addressed from scratch. Students are required to use their own notebook to connect to the INDACO cluster and transfer data for the tutorials.

- Select the desired programme and click on Registration (Iscrizione) and then on Register (Iscriviti)
Ignore the option "Exam session date” that appears during the enrolment procedure.
