Provide an insight of the cosmological information encoded in the Cosmic Microwave Background (CMB); provide an overview of the current state of the art of CMB observations; introduce the experimental approach for precision measurements of the CMB spectrum, temperature anisotropies, and polarizaiton; outline some of the key strategies to control instrumental systematic effects and astrophysical foregrounds.
