The aim of the course is to provide the PhD students with some notions related to nutrition during pregnancy and its role in determining fetal nutrition, growth and development, as well as long-term programming of health and disease.
The impact of obesity on reproductive and pregnancy outcomes, together with the implications of low grade inflammation and disrupted microbiome will be presented in view of their important role in current society.
